Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and BACB credential current.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
