Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. You will devise behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs, analyze data, and support families and schools to drive positive outcomes for children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Treatment plan reviews
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs
