Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA-certified clinician to lead and supervise integrated ABA programs for children. You will analyze data, create individualized plans, and ensure high quality clinical care in collaboration with families, schools, and RBTs.

The role emphasizes supervision, program development, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and BACB credential required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
