Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in a collaborative, family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
