Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Missouri is seeking a BCBA to lead assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide clinical oversight.

You will supervise RBTs, analyze data, train caregivers, and collaborate with families, schools, and professionals. Join a team that prioritizes mentorship and clinical excellence, offering ongoing development and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
