Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in the Fremont area is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision to RBTs.

You will monitor progress, adjust programs, train caregivers, and collaborate with families and schools to deliver evidence-based interventions that improve outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities
