Job summary

B Above Services in Indiana is seeking a BCBA supervisor to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. You will conduct assessments, adjust goals based on client progress, and supervise RBTs through ongoing training.

You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards while supporting a clinician-focused culture and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Willingness to travel locally
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism
