Achivements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. The role offers remote or in-person supervision, parent training, and collaboration with a dedicated back-office team to support clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required by BACB
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred
• Must live within 50 miles of GA

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
