Job Responsibilities

As a BCBA Supervisor at Bright Achievements, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting initial and ongoing in-home client assessments, including tools such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
  2. Performing functional behavior assessments.
  3. Developing comprehensive programs and behavior intervention plans.
  4. Providing training and supervision to paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) involved in ABA services.
  5. Planning, overseeing, and evaluating staff efforts to effectively address behavioral challenges and build functional skills.
  6. Supervising ABA programs, assessing performance, and making necessary adjustments.
  7. Delivering ABA training to parents and caregivers.
  8. Managing electronic client progress data using Rethink.
  9. Building strong, supportive relationships with parents and caregivers.
  10. Respecting cultural diversity and adapting ABA procedures accordingly.
  11. Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a treatment team.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
