Job Description: BCBA (Remote, Full-Time) at Success On The Spectrum

Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a national ABA franchise committed to quality. Our approach combines effective ABA methods, a fun environment, community outings, safety, and high parent involvement for children with ASD. Our goal is to teach valuable life skills to help clients become productive, fulfilled adults, thereby enhancing overall quality of life.

We are seeking an organized, clinically experienced BCBA for REMOTE FULL-TIME employment based in our Leon Valley location in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented enthusiasm, serving as the main contact for parents.

Each BCBA will be supported by an intern and manage a caseload of up to 10 clients. You will collaborate with the clinical director to train behavior technicians and supervise them directly with clients. Attention to detail is crucial, as adherence to the service schedule and accurate documentation are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work remotely in-center Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Target of 35 billable hours per week
  • Ensure quality assurance
  • Perform assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.)
  • Create individualized, research-based client programs
  • Analyze client progress and update programs accordingly
  • Conduct weekly parent training and provide progress updates
  • Supervise interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
  • Manage insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
  • Maintain safety protocols
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Maintain BACB certification
  • Texas LBA license (preferred)
  • Maintain state certification
  • Hold BLS/CPR certification
  • Maintain NPI number
  • Complete QBS or equivalent restraints/holds training
  • Keep CAQH account updated
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
