Job description

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Join The Perfect Child, a leading provider of in-home and in-school ABA services, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments.
2. Plan, manage, and evaluate staff efforts to address behavioral issues and build functional skills.
3. Supervise ABA programs, assess performance, and make necessary adjustments.
4. Provide ABA training to parents and caregivers.
5. Supervise paraprofessionals and manage electronic client progress data via our Catalyst program.
6. Perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA and LBA certification with at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (e.g., Special Ed., Child Psych).
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2).
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience training and supervising paraprofessionals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with parents and caregivers.
• Respect for cultural diversity and adaptability of ABA procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Willingness to accept supervision and address any areas for improvement.
