Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in ABA, is BCBA certified, has experience with children in ABA or related fields, and possesses strong communication and leadership skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education.
• Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
