Job summary

Bright Horizons ABA is actively seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team in Beaverton, Oregon. In this role, you will lead and support paraprofessionals while conducting patient assessments to design individualized behavior intervention plans.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, possess BCBA certification, and have experience working with children in behavioral health settings. We offer flexible scheduling options, opportunities for professional growth, and a user-friendly billing app for tracking sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required.
  • Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings.

Responsibilities
  • Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals
  • Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients
  • Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments
  • Providing Parent Trainings
  • Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.
Skills
  • Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required
  • Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
