Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team in New York. You will lead and support paraprofessionals, conduct patient assessments, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

This position requires a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification. We offer flexible scheduling options and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required.
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals
• Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients
• Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments
• Providing Parent Trainings
• Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.

Skills

• Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
