HealthPRO Pediatrics in Killeen, TX seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a clinic-based caseload with autonomy and strong clinical support in a child-led ABA setting.

We offer 25 billable hours per week, a base salary plus bonus potential, a $5K sign-on/relocation, and full-time or part-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (or eligibility) required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience with children on the autism spectrum (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide supervision.
• Maintain documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
• Deliver caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.

HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing our Killeen ABA team! We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants a manageable caseload, strong clinical support, and the autonomy to provide individualized care. Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. Clinicians utilize evidence-based strategies, including Natural Environment Teaching (NET), based on clinical judgment and what works best for each child.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification(or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
