Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Baton Rouge, LA ABA Center. This on-site PRN role will provide direct support to a center-based program, supervise technicians, and conduct assessments.

The position serves a caseload of 8–12 children with autism, ages 2–21, with a flexible schedule between 8am and 4pm. The ideal candidate holds a Master of Science in ABA, active BCBA certification (or eligibility), and Louisiana licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA is required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility is required.
• Louisiana BCBA licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct impact on a child’s ability to succeed in center-based ABA.
• Supervise behavioral technicians implementing programming.

Salary: up to $50.00 per hour - minimum of 15 billable hours per week

POSITION DETAILS

In this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support to our center-based ABA program. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• This is a PRN, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Baton Rouge
• Support a caseload an average of 8 - 12 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
• Flexible schedule between 8am and 4pm
• Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
• Completing assessments
• Parent training
• Client specific program development
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned
