Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Dearborn ABA Center. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise RBTs to deliver high-quality care for children with autism.

The role involves parent training, caregiver consultations, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, with a focus on structured clinical duties and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification and MI licensure required.
• Full-time, on-site position in Dearborn, MI.
• Caseload of 8–12 children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Schedule: 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

We're seeking a compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Dearborn team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs and BTs) to ensure high-quality, individualized care for children with autism or developmental delays.

Salary: up to A$95,000 plus bonus

Position Details:

• This is a full-time, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Dearborn, MI.
• Support a caseload of 8-12 children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Flexible schedule 9-7:30pm, Monday-Friday.

BCBA will provide the following:

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payor and agency guidelines.
