Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based ABA program at our Baton Rouge, LA location. This PRN, on-site role involves supporting a caseload of children with autism aged 2–21 and supervising behavioral technicians to implement programming.

The position offers flexible scheduling between 8am and 4pm with a pay rate of up to $50.00 per hour and at least 15 billable hours per week. Merakey emphasizes comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA is required or strongly preferred.
• BCBA certification or eligibility is required.
• Louisiana BCBA licensure is required.

POSITION DETAILS

In this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support to our center-based ABA program. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• This is a PRN, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Baton Rouge
• Support a caseload an average of 8 – 12 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
• Flexible schedule between 8am and 4pm
• Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
• Completing assessments
• Parent training
• Client specific program development
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned
