Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Concord, NC seeks a licensed BCBA to lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and professionals, monitor progress, and maintain precise documentation while advancing clinical programs and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
