Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Maryland is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools.

You will monitor client progress, analyze data, provide caregiver training, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Treatment plan reviews
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Passion for helping children and families
