Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs across home, clinic, and school settings in Missouri. You will assess, design, and adjust treatment plans with a collaborative, family-centered approach.

Ideal candidates hold a valid BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field, with strong leadership and communication skills. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
  • Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
