Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and shape treatment planning across in-home, clinic, and school settings in Missouri. You will implement, adjust, and supervise ABA programs designed to maximize outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities include assessing with VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R, coordinating teams, and ensuring ethical, compliant practice with strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
