Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC in Missouri seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment plans and provide supervision across in-home, clinic, and school-based settings. You will lead assessments, design interventions, and collaborate with families and school teams to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience with RBT supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
