Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Union, MO is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time or part-time position offers a salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year and opportunities to oversee treatment plans across in-home, clinic, and school-based services in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.

Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
