Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Minnesota to lead and supervise ABA treatment programs for children. You will develop, implement, and adjust individualized plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure holistic care.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, documentation, and clinical leadership, with opportunities to mentor RBTs and advance within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
