Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri to lead and grow within a values-driven behavioral health team.

You will develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families, schools, and care teams to ensure holistic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities
