Shining Steps ABA LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri. You will develop and adjust ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with direct supervision of RBTs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented documentation and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training.

What You’ll Do as a BCBA:

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans

• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands‑on training and support

• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care

• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards

• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
