Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and adapt individualized ABA treatment plans across in-home, clinic, and school settings. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
