Zusammenfassung

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role combines in-clinic and remote work, and involves conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

You will supervise RBTs, monitor learner progress, collaborate with families, and ensure timely documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines. A master's in ABA or related field and NC licensure are required.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
