Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in Roanoke Rapids, NC, seeks a Hybrid BCBA to lead functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while supervising RBTs and collaborating with families.

In this role you will monitor learner progress, adjust programs as needed, and ensure timely documentation under ethical and funding guidelines within a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
