Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Orlando team. The BCBA will contribute to diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of behavioral disorders in children by developing individualized behavior plans to promote positive outcomes and improved daily living skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required.
• Experience with pediatric behavioral interventions preferred.

• Develop detailed assessments, goals and programming tailored to each client.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and oversee program implementation.
• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs.
• Conduct Parent Training on treatment goals meaningful to the family.
• Address parental concerns by investigating and reporting to the Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain flexible hours to respond to client needs.
• Regularly communicate with the Clinical Supervisor/Director in leadership meetings.

New Patterns ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Orlando FL. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of behavioral disorders in children. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans to promote positive behaviors and improve overall quality of life.

Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Assess levels of functioning through specific standardized assessments as well as Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses.

• Develop meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals and programming to address the needs of each client.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff while overseeing implementation of programs with clients.

• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run.

• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals that are meaningful to the family.

• Respond to parental concerns regarding programming and/or staffing issues by investigating, gathering information and reporting the the assigned Clinical Supervisor for resolution.

• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs.

• Communicate with The Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director on a regular basis and through monthly Leadership meetings and Supervision meetings.
