Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment programs, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with families to create positive, lasting outcomes for children in our ABA program.

The BCBA will collaborate with schools and caregivers, track client progress, and ensure treatment consistency across settings, while maintaining ethical and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency.
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) all over Florida. We have full time and part time positions. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing treatment programs, supervising behavior technicians, and partnering with families to create positive, lasting outcomes.
