Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Orlando is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee and guide behavior technicians, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to help each child achieve meaningful progress.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs, develop assessments, and coordinate with schools to ensure consistency across environments, maintaining documentation and program adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for working with children with ASD and their families.
• Ability to manage caseload and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and schools to ensure consistency across environments.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with insurance and organizational standards.
