Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, treatment planning, and program implementation for children with behavioral disorders. You will develop individualized plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, guiding staff, providing parent training, and maintaining data. Flexible hours and professional support are offered to help improve client outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and current state credentials.
• Experience with functional assessments and treatment planning.
• Ability to coach staff and conduct parent training.

Responsibilities

• Assess levels of functioning through standardized assessments and FBA/FA.
• Develop meaningful assessments, goals and programming for clients.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff while overseeing implementation.
• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs.
• Conduct Parent Training on treatment goals for the family.
• Respond to parental concerns by reporting to Clinical Supervisor.
• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs.
• Communicate with Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director in meetings.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of behavioral disorders in children. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans to promote positive behaviors and improve overall quality of life.

Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Assess levels of functioning through specific standardized assessments as well as Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses.
• Develop meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals and programming to address the needs of each client.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff while overseeing implementation of programs with clients.
• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run.
• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals that are meaningful to the family.
• Respond to parental concerns regarding programming and/or staffing issues by investigating, gathering information and reporting the the assigned Clinical Supervisor for resolution.
• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs.
• Communicate with The Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director on a regular basis and through monthly Leadership meetings and Supervision meetings.
