Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Orlando team. The BCBA will contribute to diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of behavioral disorders in children by developing individualized behavior plans to promote positive outcomes and improved daily living skills.

Qualifications

BCBA credential required.
Experience with pediatric behavioral interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess levels of functioning through standardized assessments and Functional Behavioral Assessments.
Develop detailed assessments, goals and programming tailored to each client.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and oversee program implementation.
Develop and monitor data collection for all programs.
Conduct Parent Training on treatment goals meaningful to the family.
Address parental concerns by investigating and reporting to the Clinical Supervisor.
Maintain flexible hours to respond to client needs.
Regularly communicate with the Clinical Supervisor/Director in leadership meetings.
