Job summary

Applied ABC is hiring a Per Diem BCBA for flexible, hourly scheduling to deliver data-driven ABA services. You may work in-person or remotely and will be supported by a Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager who help match you with cases and onboarding.

We value clinical excellence, collaboration, and meaningful progress for children and families, with access to ATrack and a dedicated clinical support team to assist with treatment plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
