Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem, hourly, flexible scheduling across multiple settings including schools. You will deliver data-driven ABA services, conduct assessments, design and supervise treatment plans, and collaborate with families and school teams.
This role offers clinical autonomy with dedicated staffing support and a flexible caseload; you can work remotely or on-site as cases allow.

As a Per Diem BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families. Whether working in-person or remotely, you'll be supported every step of the way.
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint
Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Current 8-hour supervision certificate
State licensure where applicable
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
Authorized to work in the United States
Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based or hybrid setting
Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
A collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationships
