Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCaBA to provide high-quality ABA services with flexible scheduling in the United States. This role supports BCBAs, RBTs, and families, delivering individualized treatment plans and data-driven progress notes, while enjoying the autonomy of per diem work.

You can work in-person or remotely, with supervision from experienced BCBA leaders and access to Applied ABC’s clinical platform for planning, data collection, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing with a BA/BS in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation when travel is required and authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering and supervising ABA programming for clients
  • Support BCBA supervision and guidance for RBTs/Technicians
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate behavior data
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain compliant clinical documentation per BACB and HIPAA standards

Where You'll Make an Impact

As a Per Diem BCaBA at Applied ABC, you'll support the delivery of individualized ABA programming while collaborating with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to drive meaningful client progress. Whether working in-person or remotely, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality clinical care.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting client assessments, implement individualized treatment plans, and support ongoing skill evaluations
  • Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate behavioral data and adjust support based on client progress
  • Support parent and caregiver training and collaborate with BCBAs, families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure full compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer requirements
What Sets You Apart
Required
  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing and a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation when travel is required and authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians in home-based, clinic-based, or school-based settings
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
  • Naturally connects with families, meets them where they are, and makes them feel heard and supported
