Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem hourly work with flexible scheduling in Maine. You’ll deliver evidence-based ABA services, supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress for children.

Remote and in-person cases available; you’ll have staffing coordination, case management support, and access to ATrack to streamline treatment planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate is required.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person visits are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to support client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
