As a Per Diem BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families. Our priority is providing high-quality in-person and hybrid services, while offering flexibility based on client and clinician needs.
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
State licensure where applicable.
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation for in-person services and travel when required.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based, in-person, or hybrid setting.
Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation.
A collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationships.
