Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA in Oklahoma City for flexible scheduling and per diem hourly work. The clinician will deliver individualized ABA services, assess and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to support child progress, in-person or remotely.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, data-driven outcomes, and operational support from staffing coordinators, case managers, and a proprietary platform to streamline planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
