Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services Group is seeking a BCBA to lead behavior management programs for youth in our residential program. The role includes developing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Support Plans, with data-driven progress monitoring.

You will train staff, prepare documentation, and work with families, staff, and administrators to ensure compliant, effective behavior support.

Job description

In conjunction with the Behaviorist Supervisor, the BCBA plans and provides behavior management programs for youth enrolled in the residential program. Provides related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriate. Actively participates in the development and implementation of policies relative to the management of problematic behaviors. Identifies target behavior, conducts the Functional Behavioral Assessment as well as the plan development. Obtains all approvals and consents for the behavior plan. Monitors all plans, supervises all documentation, and is responsible for all training of staff involved in behavior plans.Hours:Position is full time with a flexible work schedule and includes the following:3.2 weeks of Paid Time Off during the first yearMedical, vision, dental and life insurance9 Agency-paid holidays403(b) employee participation and employer matchTuition Reimbursement after 1 year of employmentEducation/Experience:Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education and BCBA certification.
