Qualifications

Job Title: Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Reports To: Supervisor of ABA Therapy Services
FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The BCBA provides supervision to behavior technicians/registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, educators, and other professionals to promote skill acquisition, independence, and positive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric ABA settings.
  • Training in crisis prevention and intervention strategies.
  • Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems.
Working Conditions
  • School, clinic, home-based, or community setting depending on caseload.
  • May require travel between locations.
