Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or part-time roles to oversee and refine ABA treatment plans. You will work with families, schools, and a clinical team to deliver evidence-based care and ensure client progress.

The role requires a current BCBA certification, a Master’s in a relevant field, and strong communication and leadership abilities to mentor RBTs and coordinate care across settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
