Watch ME Shine is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in our Bangor school.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works alongside school leadership within a relationship-based early childhood learning environment. Rather than operating as an external consultant or clinic-based provider, the BCBA is embedded in daily classroom life—partnering with educators to design practical, developmentally appropriate supports that align with WMS philosophies and interventions that allow children ages 3–6 to fully participate in preschool routines.
This role balances direct assessment and program design with hands‑on coaching of classroom staff, ensuring behavioral strategies are feasible, consistent, and respectful of each child’s developmental stage. The BCBA collaborates closely with families to build continuity between home and school and plays a key role in shaping a preschool culture that prioritizes regulation, communication, and independence over compliance‑base intervention.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑moving early childhood setting, values collaboration over isolation, and views behavior support as a tool for inclusion, not exclusion.
