Position Summary
As an integral member of the treatment team, the BCBA provides behavioral and clinical consultation to children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities across home, community, and educational settings. Your work will include:
Conducting evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations
Collecting and analyzing data to guide thoughtful, individualized programming
Developing and overseeing behavior support plans and interventions
Training and collaborating with staff and caregivers to build confidence, consistency, and shared success
This role is designed to prioritize quality care and meaningful connection — with no commercial billing requirements, you’ll have more time to focus on what matters most: effective intervention and building strong relationships.
