Job summary

Watch Me Shine, Inc. in Bangor, ME is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within our Bangor school.

The BCBA collaborates with school leadership in a relation-based early childhood learning environment, embedding behavior supports into daily classroom life to help children ages 3–6 participate in preschool routines. The role balances assessment, program design, and hands-on coaching of staff, with close collaboration with families to ensure continuity between home

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments for children ages 3–6 in preschool.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior support and skill-building programs.
• Embed behavior-analytic strategies into classroom activities and routines.
• Provide coaching to classroom staff to ensure ethical implementation of supports.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with families to generalize skills across home and school.
