Published Date: 08/10/2026

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dedicated educational team and lead behavioral programming within a specialized K-5 autism and behavioral support program. This is a critical hiring need for a qualified individual who wants to make a meaningful impact not only on students' lives, but also on the development of educators, behavioral health professionals, and an expanding program. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and temporary housing assistance for qualified candidates.

This is far more than a traditional BCBA role. You'll serve as a behavioral leader, mentor, coach, and collaborator in a relationship-centered educational environment where your expertise directly influences student success, staff development, and program growth. If you're passionate about evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, autism services, and shaping the next generation of behavioral health professionals, this could be the career opportunity you've been looking for.

Some of the Perks:
  • Meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and behavioral needs
  • Consistent school-year schedule with excellent work-life balance
  • Opportunity to mentor future behavior analysts and behavioral health professionals
  • Ability to create lasting program-wide improvements rather than working only with individual caseloads
  • Long-term career stability within behavioral health and special education
  • Full and generous benefits package
  • Temporary housing may be available if necessary to the right candidate
Typical Daily Duties:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), evaluations, and analyses
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) while ensuring intervention fidelity across classrooms
  • Train, coach, mentor, and support educators and behavioral staff through modeling, supervision, and real-time classroom consultation
  • Design data collection systems, analyze outcomes, and utilize data-driven decision making to improve student success
  • Collaborate with educators, leadership, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized student programming
  • Provide and oversee supervision hours for professionals pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with professional, programmatic, and billing requirements
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, trauma-informed, and student-centered learning environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Experience supporting individuals with significant interfering or challenging behaviors across educational or clinical settings
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, coaching, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of data collection systems, behavior intervention planning, and evidence-based behavioral practices
  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, compassion, adaptability, and continuous growth
