Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a motivated BCaBA to join our ABA team in a full-time capacity. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise program implementation, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure progress for children with developmental challenges.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, ongoing supervision of Technicians, and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
