Job summary

Children Making Strides seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for center and in-home cases in the Atlanta area. This part-time role requires late-day availability (3:00pm and on), with opportunities for telehealth supervision up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
